Club P.E. Ken McGinley, his wife Liz and Margie Horning enjoyed a wonderful couple days in Southern California.  18,000 Rotarians took over Los Angeles for the 99th annual Rotary International Convention.  Some highlights include the Distict 5960/5950 reception Saturday afternoon, excellent speakers during the plenary and break-out sessions, the international experience of the House of Friendship, evenings at the Nokia Theater and Hollywood Bowl, pretending to be a Lakers fan for a few days, trip to the Getty Center, mastering of the Metro Transit System and meeting new and old friends.

We had a great time and it is highly recommended that you consider attending a RI convention.
