  • Saturday morning:  Rev Nick Mezacapa, Rector of The Calvary Episcopal Church in Rochester and an acclaimed motivational speaker. Father Nick will speak on, “How to Fly a Small Airplane”.  It’s not what you think, but rather, “when any group gets organized, shares goals and establishes a common vision, there are measuring instruments required to keep it up in the air” This presentation describes those instruments and their application in team building dynamics.  Arriving in Minnesota and being an Italian in the midst of all the Scandinavians whose names ended in “…son”  or “…sen” Father Nick threatened to form a support group for persons whose name ended in A, I or O. He is entertaining and engaging speaker.
  • Saturday noon: Ben Thwaites, Siren Webster Rotary, will speak on, “In a New light” a project he leads to work with emotionally disturbed young people.  He takes them on a photographic journey to Costa Rica made possible by Rotary Foundation  matching grants using a new grant model to build relationship and capacity in individuals.
