The 15th Annual Halloween Parade at Boutwells was a great success. 500 children escorted by parents and grand parents showed off their costumes on the evening of Wednesday, Oct 25th for the residence of Boutwells Landing. The Stillwater Area High School Prep Band returned to entertain the crowd. This multi-generational event also helps our club raise awareness and money for Rotary's efforts to eradicate Polio throughout the world. World Polio Day was the day before (10/24/16).
