20 club members gathered at Family Means on Tuesday evening for 4 hours of work.  This visioning session was facilitated by District 5960 representatives Dave Schafer, Clare Lillis, Bill Brueck and John Dier.  Our members were challenged to envision the attributes of our club for the next 5 years including club size, demographics, service projects and level of giving.  It was a lively session and many good ideas were shared.  Overriding themes from the night were a desire for modest growth, increase awareness and support of the Rotary Foundation, preference towards bigger annual fundraising events, maintain strong leadership development for our club and for the District and continue having fun and fellowship.  An official summary of the vision will be presented to the membership at an upcoming club assembly and then the hard work begins...making it all happen.
