Old time river rats, hill folk, and swamp dogs once populated the Upper Mississippi River valley swamps and flood plain forests. The antics of these colorful characters, now long gone, are legendary in the river bottoms. Kenny Salwey brings them to life with his signature brand of storytelling, rife with insight and laughter, woods lore, and a time tested philosophy of the natural world.
